02What I collect

- Enquiries. When you use the project form or email me, I receive your name, email address, company, website, the services, project type and timing you select, and anything you write.
- Client work. When we work together, I keep the contact details of the people I work with, our messages, and invoices and payment records.
- Website use. The hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, for security.
03How I use it

I use your information only to reply to your enquiry, to plan and deliver work we agree, to keep accounting records, and to keep this website secure. I do not send marketing emails, and I do not use your information for automated decisions or profiling.
04Who I share it with

I share personal information only where I need to: with my email, hosting and accounting providers, and with anyone I am legally required to share it with. I never sell personal information or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
05Your browser
In shortThe enquiry summary stays on your device.
When you complete the project form, a short summary of your choices is kept in your browser’s session storage so it can be shown on the confirmation page. It stays on your device and is removed when you close the tab.
06How long I keep it
In shortOnly as long as I need it.
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within a year. Project and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires, then deleted.
07Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it or delete it, or object to how I use it. Email asho98375@gmail.com and I will reply within one month.
