The brief
Buyers needed to see how a team is built, where it sits, what it costs and who answers, without a long sales form in the way.

A BPO that runs customer support, trust and safety and back office for consumer brands wanted a site that sounds like the people it hires.

Buyers needed to see how a team is built, where it sits, what it costs and who answers, without a long sales form in the way.

Every reply has a name. The hero pairs a customer message with the agent who answers it, in a serif for the customer and a wide grotesk for the reply, over portraits of the four studios. Services, a follow-the-sun view, the six-week process, a weekly report, published rates and a team estimator follow.

Desktop and phone, exactly as Parley visitors see them.

A buyer can see the three kinds of work, the four studios and how the queue is handed over, read a real weekly report, price a team and ask for a plan in a few minutes. The pages stay light and quick for a visitor on any device.
